LetHub alternatives, compared honestly.
Leasing automation for single-family and scattered-site property managers: AI chat, texting and secure self-showings. It is a strong product for the operators it was built for. This page is for the operators it wasn't.
Where LetHub doesn't fit.
- A 12-month contract, billed monthly, with no free trial and non-refundable payments (a 30-day opt-out window applies).
- A one-time onboarding fee from $199 and voice as a $49/month add-on.
- Built around single-family self-showings; no Yardi sync.
- No public reviews on Revyse to check against.
What LetHub is genuinely best at.
- A published, low per-unit price: about $1 per unit with a $199 monthly floor. Above roughly 100 doors that is cheaper per door than LeaseUp Bulldog.
- Secure self-showings and lockboxes, which Bulldog does not do.
- The widest list of small-operator PMS integrations: AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine, DoorLoop, Propertyware.
- Clear Fair Housing guidance in its own content.
Stay with LetHub if
Budget-conscious single-family and scattered-site managers who need self-showings and are happy with a 12-month contract.

Pick by portfolio, not by feature list.
Haven
Voice-first AI for property managers covering leasing and maintenance triage over phone, SMS and email.
Best for: AppFolio-centric operators with 50 to 500 units, often single-family or mixed, who get a lot of phone calls and want leasing and maintenance from one AI vendor.
Zuma
AI leasing agent "Kelsey" backed by a human team, covering leasing, collections, renewals and move-outs; acquired by Venn in September 2026.
Best for: Mid-size and large conventional operators on Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or Knock who want AI plus a human backup team across leasing and collections.
ResMate
Respage's AI leasing assistant for apartment communities, with the widest channel coverage in the category including ILS, Google Business Profile and Messenger.
Best for: Conventional, senior and affordable apartment communities that want the broadest channel coverage, especially if they already buy Respage marketing.
LeaseUp Bulldog
AI leasing assistant that texts every new rental lead, answers renter replies in seconds, qualifies the renter, and books the tour.
Best for: Operators under ~2,500 doors on AppFolio who want after-hours texting live this week without a CRM project.
Not for you if: No voice, email or web chat. No maintenance, renewal or collections agents. AppFolio is the only PMS integration today. Small company, short track record.
Where Bulldog fits, and where it doesn't.
LeaseUp Bulldog does one job: it texts every new lead within minutes, answers the renter's replies in seconds, qualifies the renter, and books the tour, writing the outcome back to AppFolio. It costs $199 a month for the first 100 doors and $2.50 per door after that, with a 30-day free trial and no minimum. Your first property is live the morning after a 15-minute call.
It is the wrong choice if you need voice, email or web chat, if you run on Yardi, RealPage or Entrata, or if you want maintenance, renewal and collections agents from the same vendor. In those cases one of the platforms above is the better buy, and we'd rather say so here than on a sales call.
Common questions.
Is there a cheaper alternative to LetHub?
On list price, LetHub is already one of the cheapest options: about $1 per unit with a $199 monthly floor, against Bulldog's $199 for the first 100 doors plus $2.50 per door. Bulldog costs more above 100 doors; it trades that for month-to-month terms, a 30-day free trial and no onboarding fee.
Does LetHub have a free trial?
No free trial; payments non-refundable (30-day opt-out). LeaseUp Bulldog has a 30-day free trial with self-serve checkout.
Can I switch from LetHub without a migration project?
If you run on AppFolio, Bulldog connects on a 15-minute call and reads guest cards directly, so there is no CRM migration. If you run on another PMS, Bulldog is not yet an option.
