AppFolio is live on customer accounts today, with outcomes written back to AppFolio. Entrata, Buildium and Rent Manager connectors are set up with you during onboarding. On Yardi, RealPage and ResMan, Bulldog works alongside your system by receiving leads directly from your listing sites and website; automatic sync needs the vendor's partner interface, which we apply for with you.

What Bulldog is, and isn't.
Bulldog is a leasing assistant that works by text. It isn't a CRM and doesn't replace your PMS. It doesn't answer phone calls, email or web chat, and it doesn't cover maintenance, renewals or collections.

$2,449 a month: $199 for the first 100 doors plus $2.50 per door for the next 900. It's month to month with no setup fee.
Can we start with one property?
Yes. Most operators start with one property, compare the results with that property's own baseline, and then add properties. Pricing is per door, so adding properties doesn't need a new contract.
Can site teams only see their own properties?
Yes. Team members are invited with a role and assigned to specific properties, and they only see the leads and conversations for those properties.
Does Bulldog work with Yardi or RealPage?
Yes, alongside them. Bulldog receives leads directly from your listing sites and website, so every inquiry is answered. Automatic sync with Yardi or RealPage needs the vendor's partner interface, which isn't live for any customer yet; we apply for it with you.
Is it Fair Housing compliant?
Bulldog only says what you've approved for each property, asks every renter the same qualification questions, never comments on protected classes, and hands off to your team when unsure. Your team stays responsible for screening decisions.
