How cancellations and refunds work on monthly and annual LeaseUp Bulldog plans. The whole policy fits on one page.
Short version: Cancel any time. Within the first 30 days after billing, you get a full refund. After that, on annual plans we pro-rate what you used at the standard monthly rate and refund the rest. Monthly plans simply stop at the next billing date — no refund needed because you only paid for one month at a time.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of being billed (annual or monthly), we refund 100%. No questions, no exit interview, no "are you sure" friction. You ask, we refund within 5 business days.
This stacks with the existing 30-day results guarantee: if Bulldog hasn't generated 20 qualified leads in your first 30 days, we refund the month proactively.
The 20% annual discount is the prepayment incentive — it's earned by completing the year. If you cancel mid-year, we refund the unused portion but bill the months you used at the standard monthly rate (no discount applied).
You pay the same per-month rate you would have on a month-to-month plan. The 20% discount belongs to the months that didn't happen. No service is taken away the moment you cancel — you keep Bulldog running through the last paid month, and we issue the refund within 5 business days.
Worked example · 400-door portfolio · canceling at month 3

Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go. Cancel from your dashboard and the next charge is paused — you'll keep using Bulldog through the end of the current billing month, then it stops. No partial-month refunds (the current month is already paid for and you continue to use it).
If your door count drops during your annual term (sold properties, dispositions, etc.), you don't need to cancel and re-sign. Email us and we'll pro-rate your remaining months down to the new rate — you keep the annual term, just at the smaller bill. We'll credit the difference toward your next renewal or refund it directly.
From your app.leaseupbulldog.com dashboard, hit Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. The cancellation takes effect immediately for renewals. If you're inside the refund window, the refund auto-issues to your original payment method within 5 business days.
