What Knock CRM costs in 2026.
Knock CRM, owned by RealPage since 2022, is quote-only and unit-based. No rate is published or credibly reported, so this page doesn't invent one; it covers what drives a Knock quote and what to ask before you sign.

Vendor facts checked 1 October 2026 against each vendor's own site and dated third-party sources; prices marked "reported" are not published by the vendor and come from third-party guides. Monthly cost at 500 to 5,000 doors.
| Doors | Knock CRM (reported) | LeaseUp Bulldog (published) |
|---|---|---|
| 500 | Quote only | $1,199 |
| 1,000 | Quote only | $2,449 |
| 2,500 | Quote only | $5,824 |
| 5,000 | Quote only | $10,824 |
Knock publishes no rate and no credible figure is reported, so we don't estimate one. Bulldog: $199 covers the first 100 doors, then $2.50 per door to 1,000, $2.25 to 2,500 and $2.00 beyond. Bulldog is leasing-only (texting, qualification, tour booking), so it is not a like-for-like replacement for a platform's full scope.
What the number doesn't show.
- The AI is a RealPage product inside the CRM. The AI Leasing Agent is sold within the RealPage ecosystem; ask whether it is included or priced separately.
- It's a CRM, not an add-on. Moving your leasing team onto a new CRM is a project: training, guest-card migration and reporting changes.
- Integration fit. Capterra reviewers report Yardi and OneSite guest-card merge inaccuracies; test with your own data.
- No trial. Demo-only buying usually means a committed term.
Questions to ask before you sign.
- Is the RealPage AI Leasing Agent included, or a separate line item, and is it priced per unit or per conversation?
- All-in per door per month at your exact door count, including any minimum, so you can compare one number.
- Setup, onboarding and integration fees, and whether your PMS interface carries a separate charge from the PMS vendor.
- Contract length and exit terms: annual commitment, auto-renewal notice, and what happens to your data on exit.
- Time to first lead answered on one property, and who does the work on your side.
A published price, for one job.
LeaseUp Bulldog texts every new lead, answers renter replies in a median of 7 seconds, qualifies the renter and books the tour. It publishes its price, has no minimum and a 30-day free trial. No voice, email or web chat. No maintenance, renewal or collections agents. On Yardi and RealPage it works from direct lead delivery; automatic sync needs the vendor's partner interface and isn't live for any customer yet. Small company, short track record.
If you need Knock's full scope, buy Knock. If what you need is every lead answered at a price you can see before the demo, see Bulldog's price list.
