Enable API access
An Entrata admin creates a dedicated API user. Entrata also requires LeaseUp Bulldog to be an approved API partner on your account (a signed agreement and an IP whitelist), which we coordinate with your Entrata rep.

On the 15-minute setup call we choose which Entrata properties Bulldog covers and load your pricing, availability and tour times. Your team's logins and workflow don't change.
Leads worked, outcomes synced
New leads get a text, renters are qualified on move-in date, budget, unit type and pets, and tours are booked. The result is written back to Entrata.
