Zillow, Apartments.com and your website forms send each new lead straight to Bulldog as well as to ResMan, so every inquiry is texted, qualified and booked. Conversations, tours and outcomes live in the Bulldog dashboard and can be exported.
Writing outcomes back into ResMan automatically needs ResMan's partner program, an approval process ResMan runs for integration partners. It isn't live for any customer yet; we scope it with your ResMan rep on request. AppFolio is the integration running on live customer accounts today, and the response-time figures on this site come from those accounts.

We point Zillow, Apartments.com and your website forms at Bulldog, alongside ResMan. Nothing in ResMan changes. ResMan doesn't offer operators a fully self-serve API connection. Integrations run through the ResMan Partner Program, which ResMan reviews and approves, and the account ID comes from ResMan. If you want automatic sync, we coordinate it with your ResMan rep.

Leads worked, outcomes synced
New leads get a text, renters are qualified on move-in date, budget, unit type and pets, and tours are booked. Every outcome is in the Bulldog dashboard; once ResMan's interface is enabled it is written to ResMan too.
